Your work is lovely, and you are very customer oriented. I’d just like to make a suggestion for your consideration. When I brought in a felt tablecloth with older stains, we both expressed reservations about them being removed. In that case a test on a small area would have determined the success of the stain removal. Since it would have been obvious that the stains were not going to come out, I would have picked up the item and disposed of it, rather than paying for an unsuccessful cleaning.
