Efficient process to drop off and pick up cleaning
The team at the local Prestige Cleaner are extremely pleasant. Their ability to recognize each customer as they arrive makes one feel appreciated.

My classic black blazer is perfect again, and I love how it was prepared for my pick up. Thank you for stuffing the sleeves.
I drove 35 min to drop off and 35 min to pick up. During pickup, they shorted me on 1 garment. I had to drive back to pick up and they didn't even apologize.

10 dollars a sweater is way too much to charge. And then was told they had to do lint removal on a couple of sweaters and they charge extra. I will find a new place.

I'm extremely disappointed with the $53.00 cleaning cost for my brand new, very thin dress. The dress had package lines from shipping, and its original price was only $20. Therefore, I would not spend more to clean the dress than what I paid for it. Will not be using this cleaners again.
