Several things come to mind. First is that the charges are roughly double what I have paid at other dry cleaners. Second I had to ask what the charges would be when I dropped off my cleaning since it apparently is not store policy to tell the customer beforehand.. Lastly the cleaning quality was the same or less than other cleaners. Therefore it seems likely that Prestige Cleaners is profiting from being one of the few dry cleaner left after Covid. I’m going to find another cleaner. I hope others do too.

Done promptly. All the shirts pressed and hung on hangers.
Dropped my tree skirt off for a cat puke stain on it. Was never contacted either by phone call or by text that the item was done. Finally had to go up there, and they had a hard time looking up my item. Because the individual at the front counter kept typing my phone number in rolling into the computer. Once I receive my item, it was not cleaned, the stain was still on there.
I dropped of a queen down comforter and was surprised the quote was for $66 dollars. I picked it up today and they said they didn’t realize it was a duvet with a down comforter insert and therefore 2 pieces. They didn’t think it was necessary to call and tell me this and that the new price would be $120. When I came in they said that they couldn’t clean the down comforter insert because it had a tear in it and they wouldn’t charge me since they couldn’t clean it. Then proceeded to tell my my total was $66 just for the duvet!... read more
