I had a really small time window to get a bridesmaid dress steamed and there was a very sweet gentleman working (I am almost certain his name was Logan!!) who stayed late just so I could have my dress in time, he was very very kind and eased my stress!!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. My item was ready when they said it would be, and the cap looked wonderful. I definitely recommend them.
