I had a really small time window to get a bridesmaid dress steamed and there was a very sweet gentleman working (I am almost certain his name was Logan!!) who stayed late just so I could have my dress in time, he was very very kind and eased my stress!!

very efficient and pleasant. I must admit that 100.00 for pressing 2 dust ruffles is too much.
