Good overall experience but would have liked to have used an online coupon I received after I dropped off my laundry but before picking it up. Was told could only use an online coupon at time of drop off.

Wow!! Esther is wonderful! She couldn't be nicer or more helpful! In addition to dry cleaning, I needed shoe repair. Three expensive pairs of shoes that needed restoration and one pair that I didn't know if they could be repaired, due to dog chewing. All three pair came back looking almost new!! They're not cheap but the work is A+++ work. Driving almost two hours back there to take several other pairs of boots for restoration and repair in addition to my dry cleaning. I highly recommend this business!😊

We love the Friendswood store. We drive about 25 miles to go to them passing 2 other pilgrims cleaners. They are always friendly knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoy coupons too
