After the Harvey most of my Winter Wear was musty & I was concerned that some might be too far gone to keep so I took them all in to my Local Pilgrim Cleaners on their*( after storm coupon ) : Delighted to report that all my items were returned in pristine condition, not crowed or stuffed all into one or two bags as is typical with many dry cleaners. Fresh & restored. You can trust them with your very best & the intake process was very easy .

My Pilgrim lady Ester is wonderful. I feel like I have known her all my life. I would not go anywhere else. She does a fantastic job and excels in it.
My only complaint is I got all my bath mats back dirty. Not rugs.....bath mats. The time before they washed them! What changed???

Great customer service and clothes looked very nice. However was kinda miffed that I was not told that anything white (my pants) would be charged as two items. The lady at the counter explained to me that you run the white items thru twice to insure they are really white. Just was kind of surprised when I went to pay for two items and was charged for three. Everything else was great!
