Drop off was easy and Customer service was very Pleasant with the dropping off and picking up
Customer service was great until the employee stood up and his pants fell down so far I could see about 8 inches if his underwear. He had been sitting on a stool and when he got up to get my receipt from the printer he grabbed for his pants and pulled them up. This was not an “accident”. It was the style he was displaying. It was a short trip to the printer but as he let go of his pants each time they would fall back down, exposing his underwear. Not appropriate dress for a work environment

Great people running this store!! I came in with a tone of hand wash and dry clean only clothes that hanging in my closet when Hurricane Harvey hit my house. She gave me a price but told me I could make payments. When I got the email that "some" your ready, I walked in to make a payment and the lady gave me the total that was left which wasn't what we had discussed. It was CHEAPER!!! I confirmed this again and paid it off!! Thank you Pilgrim Cleaners for your generosity!! I will definitely be coming back!!
