easy breezy and professionally met my expectations
Drop off was easy and Customer service was very Pleasant with the dropping off and picking up
Customer service was great until the employee stood up and his pants fell down so far I could see about 8 inches if his underwear. He had been sitting on a stool and when he got up to get my receipt from the printer he grabbed for his pants and pulled them up. This was not an “accident”. It was the style he was displaying. It was a short trip to the printer but as he let go of his pants each time they would fall back down, exposing his underwear. Not appropriate dress for a work environment

Nothing to improve. I had friendly service, and appreciate the email reminders to pick up dry cleaning.
They do an amazing job and we have no complaints.
