I didn't think the stains out of my dress and my husbands shirt were ever going to come out, but you guys did an excellent job!! My only complaint was my strapless satan finish wedding dress (that had plastic hanging loops) now has six holes because of the straight pins and safety pins. I don't understand why the loops weren't used for hanging. The staff is very nice and I'll probably return but be cautious of my items.

There were a number of spots remaining on various garments. I pointed them out when I dropped off the clothing and was told not to worry that they would be addressed, but it appears if they were overlooked altogether. I'm concerned that because the garments have been pressed the stains may be permanent. I was pretty disappointed because I had planned to wear one of the blouses on my first day at a new job.
