The customer service is world class! Always friendly, always helpful. Had to leave my clothes there for a longer time due to surgery - when I picked them up after almost three (3) months, they were perfect, no wrinkles. I had previously taken some chair covers that were custom made in Italy for me, I received them back in perfect order and was surprised with a low cost. Would not take my dry cleaning anywhere else. Highly recommend them to anyone!

We get top notch service at the Pilgrims we use. The lady that works there goes above and beyond for myself and my husband. We always get the emails stating our clothes are ready for pick up and whenever we have encountered an issue (very rarely), she is on it immediately.
