Your employees are awesome. Great attitude Great customer service. My only complaint is that I sent a bedspread in on Friday August 2nd with a return date no later than the 9th. It was not available until Thursday August 25th

Have been using pilgrims cleaners in Friendswood Texas for over 30 years with only one bad issue. Issue was resolved without incident. My recent visit went well. Received my pillow covers in good condition and smelling new. Attendant addressed me with a smile. Two more thing!! I appreciate that the customer pays after services rendered, not before. I travel 7 plus miles to my favorite pilgrims!!
