If i could give this place negative stars i would! They lost a second Lilly Pulitzer Dress this week of mine. I should say supposedly lost bc even the lady Esther said under her breathe it could have been stolen. Well after she tried to give me a credit of $75 i said no way i want a check. Well my check was supposed to be there today. My husband went by and Esther had a nasty attitude about it not being in yet as if it's our fault this happened. Paid nearly $70 for dry cleaning and they still lost a suit jacket. manager claims that they have processes in place and they could not have lost it that it was not dropped off. I'm the one who personally dropped off all the suits and dry cleaning so I know exactly how many there were and what was in there. I sent my mom to pick up the dry cleaning and they gave her nine pieces instead of 10. Stay away and don't take anything expensive if you want it cleaned.

I took my favorite shoes to be fix and I got a call (email) the next day and she asked questions, told me what to expect and when the shoes would be ready. She asked if I prefer email/text. When the shoes were ready they emailed/text. So easy and professional. They did an awesome job on my shoes!
