Paid almost 30.00 for a dress and blazer, thats way too much! lady at drive thru was very rude when i asked to purchase a few plastic garment bags, she plainly said NO in a mean tone. I won't be using Pilgrim Cleaners any longer.

I had been trying to get masks for weeks for my husband and I and could not find them anywhere. Then I got your email about your washable face masks. I got on the phone to my Pilgrims’s Cleaners and ordered them and had them within the week. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Have been bringing my business to Pilgrim’s, 77546 since 1981. Only twice was there a small problem that was corrected, no hassle. They are my go to for all my dry cleaning. Friendly staff. :)

I am always satisfied by the way my clothes come back. Recently, I have been bringing in antique cut out lace table clothes and doilies. Those came back clean and flat. I brought in our duvet cover and two pillow shams and paid for them yesterday. The person at the counter suggested I send the duvet cover back as the corners and edges were not pressed flat. Its important to me that the staff in the Friendswood location care about the quality of your work.
