I was charged $6 for a hook and eye which I could have put in myself for a few cents .

Had a coupon and wasn’t allowed to use it because I didn’t show it when I dropped off the clothes. Apparently in fine print they say that you have to show the coupon when you drop off the clothes versus when you pick up and pay which is pretty backwards if you ask me. If they want to do it that way they should have to ask if you have any coupons when you drop the clothes off to make their backwards policy fair. Or just follow the norm and accept coupons at the time of pay like every other business.
Nicely done and great customer service with text message alert when ready to pick up.
