Service was good but gluing on a rubber heel tip back on my shoe shouldn’t cost almost $7. It probably took only 5 minutes to do! Several months ago, I had a thin band glued back around the top opening of a purse & that cost $14!

You are way too expensive. $63 for 12 pieces is crazy Too many items were in separate plastic covers. I had a big bundle of plastic and paper to dispose of
The front desk staff was very friendly when we can in she help my daughter with her JROTC uniform. Their Prices were good and her uniform was even ready 2days early. Thank you for everything Frances

Shoes were returned within 2 weeks unrepaired and had to be sent back to be repaired. I was not happy. After 2 additional weeks the return was fine but that wait had made me have to change my plans.
