Picked up my items (1 short & 1 long sleeve cashmere sweater & a mini dress w embroidery), none of which had the usual paper tag safety pinned to the item or hanger. They didn’t smell like dry cleaned items always smell & one sweater had the creases still in that came from shipping. Wondering if they actually cleaned my stuff, and $32?!? Seriously?!?

The young Lady who took care of me was very helpful and pleasant. I dropped off my clothes, and I also purchase three face masks for myself, mother and father.
