The worst experience. I took my wife’s sweater and 5 shirts and 5 pants. The lost the sweater for a week and a half, and melted the buttons on three pairs of pants. I told them to make it right...I got them back and they charged me for another cleaning! They melted my buttons and then charged me! Whatever paid for it got home and none of the buttons match the others or the ones that melted. Half a$$ work, now my 100 slacks look like a freaking raggedy Anne doll. Beware!!!!

Easy drop off and easy pickup
This was my first time to use Pilgrim Cleaners in Galveston. I was really impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the lady working there. My clothes were done very well and I received a text to remind me to pick up the clothes. This is my new "go-to" cleaners!
