I brought a beautiful 90 inch Irish linen tablecloth into the Wexford store in early July with white linen napkins with the American flag on the top corner I finally received my napkins back at the end of August never received my tablecloth back. I have called numerous times to no avail

Your new kiosk machines are garbage. It didn’t work when I dropped off and had to get an employee to help. Didn’t work when I picked up and had to pay cash. Will use a dry cleaner that has actual human employees. Even if it wasn’t glitching, it pushes the work and effort to the customer. Will never return to any Owl Locations.

HI -- talked to the CSRs and the customer that was there AND viewed the video. They weren't appreciative of some of the F-bombs being thrown around. Sorry that a hard-working business as caused you to perform like you did. The credit card machine went down and they were attempting to correct it. Options were given for you to use a credit card on the app.
Your new pricing is way out of line for us! We love Michelle, but the new system & increases in prices is crazy! Chuck

As a former businessman yourself, you may be a little shocked to realize that we have not raised prices since April and raised prices probably less than any company in America since Covid started. I am disappointed to see that Owl employees are not wearing masks in order to be sensitive to the large portion of your older clientele that is fearful ( and susceptible) to the virus . While I can understand if you do not choose to require your customers to wear masks , I‘m sure you do not want to lose the business of those who still resist masks . A suit with a stain that was very noticeable had the stain removed. Great job!
In trying to remove a small stain you almost put a hole in my pants from rubbing so hard. Now the mark is permanent.
