My vists whether dropping off or picking up are ALWAYS a pleasure. Michelle runs a fine operation and is a tremendous asset to the Owl enterprise. I trust she is rewarded accordingly. Her attention to detail and customer focused attitude is readily apparent ever time I stop in. We all have bad days however Michelle does not let her personal struggles interfere with business. If she left Owl and went to work for a competitor There is a strong chance I too would switch. John

I frequent the store on 910 Michelle and Jerald are fantastic! There customer service is great! Always very personable and friendly. I know there are times that go above and beyond to get my orders processed and I really appreciate them both!!
Denette, the wedding gown specialist is great. She is personable and professional. I was able to look at gown and veil after it was cleaned and preserved.
