66.00 for 13 dress shirts is crazy. The shirts were cleaned to perfection just don't understand the outrageous pricing.
I was charged $23 to clean a 3/4 length coat. It looked wrinkly and in need of lint removal. I an frankly quite disappointed in the result, especially for that charge.
I can’t tell if my coupon came off. There are no before and after prices or itemized receipt. And there is no price list on your website. Also how do I know if I am getting credit toward rewards? More detailed receipts would be helpful. I also just dropped off more items with a 15% off coupon, and again, nothing on the claim ticket.
Brought jacket in to repair fix zipper clip. It did not need a new zipper. Told in advance. And did not need cleaning. Store tried to charge for cleaning and new zipper. it was recently cleaned. Way over charged. Clerk did not pay attention in writing u p the order. Finally repaired the zipper ketch and a partial cleaning job. Not happy. Eva Crosby's Husband Richard Crosby
First time using Owl, and 1st time in many years using a dry cleaner. No issues. The teenager operating the front counter was polite. They removed most of a tar stain that I thought was permanent. I will use again.
Went to pick up my dry cleaning (suit and 2 dress shirts) for a out of town meeting and when I went to pick up my dry cleaning from the location I dropped them off they were not all together. The one shirt was at a different location. I had to drive to a separate location to pick up the rest of my dry cleaning. Probably the last time I drop my dry cleaning off at owls.
Cost was much higher than anticipated and higher than comparable cleaners in the area.
This was the first and it will be the last time I ever use Owl Cleaners. It is ridiculous that you would charge $10.49 to dry clean a pair of pants when the other dry cleaner in the neighborhood charges $4.99. Please remove my e-mail address immediately from your list.
The valances looked very nice on the hangar, but when I took them off I was very disappointed to see how wrinkled the were and not folded very well. I had to iron them to be able to put them up. I just brought another rooms valances in on Friday and I hope they are pressed and folded or better yet hung.
