I brought 3 items to be prepared. My handmade quilt from a friend that turned out great. The others I paid a large sum of money and nothing was done! I needed my caftan mended on the side after a shower last night went to put it on, it’s still needs fixed nothing was done! Today I had a very important wedding to go to I asked for my dress 2 inches off the bottom and 1 inch on the front top straps and 1 inch off the back top straps. I was floored at how expensive my bill was! I obviously paid for the work that had been done but the nearly $100 bill for only 6 items was a hardship on my family. I would never recommend Owl Cleaners and do not plan on returning.
Your prices are excessively high for routine garments. I will not be back.
Very pricey for just a regular suit and shirt. Average job st best . I will look elsewhere
