Always cleans thoroughly and will remove impossible stains without breaking buttons!. I trust them to launder my linen heirloom tablecloths handed down from my grandmother and great-grandmother and they are beautiful. I'm never disappointed.

Received shirt back still stained and was still charged only to through shirt away. Won't be using owl cleaners in future

Hi- We had a large number of items cleaned a couple of months ago. I was disappointed when I took the items out of their packaging and a number still had a body odor. Additionally, we were emailed a cost/number of items, but when we actually picked-up our order, we were charged more money than was quoted in the email allegedly due to a counting error. Very disappointed overall.

There is a hole in my wool hat that wasnt there when I dropped it off and I was told my coat might be there Monday or Tuesday when I was told it would be there Friday
