Excellent results. Lauren is the best
The manager, Lauren, is wonderful! She is professional, courteous, and always helpful if you have any questions. We have been very pleased with the service and like the addition of the seamstress. She did a great job alternating a dress for us recently.

Hello, as a first-time customer, I was given a price estimate of $26 when I brought in my dress. After the dry cleaning was done, I was informed the price is $43 because the manager decided it was a gown, not a dress. That was not my fault that the manager decided that after the fact, and I was not informed of this change earlier on, so I was surprised to be told to pay such a higher price.
