I have been a client for years. I received an email that 25% would be taken off any shirt laundry order dropped off between 5/20 and 5/23. My wife picked up the order today and the clerk refused to take off the 25%. They hassled her because “a coupon had not been submitted when the order was dropped off.” I still have the email stating any shirt laundry between those dates would be discounted, and I dropped it off during the relevant dates. A pair of my pants were shrunk. The others are fine and are the exact same sizes. Has never happened before.
First time customer. Friendly service I was surprised the price for each item and the total due was not on the receipt I was given. No prices were displayed in the store either so you don’t know what the cost is till it’s time to pick it up. I am new to this state but never experienced that before.

The price is outrageous. It was a little shirt or be cut off an hemmed. I wont use you seamstress again.
Lady was very rude I dropped my dress off and had them redo it because it was still wrinkled when I dropped it off and when I came back the 2nd time it was just as wrinkled and they made me pay $15.... I refused and then they brought a town to $10 told me that it was because of the fabric I should have had it cleaned 1st . It was a brand new dress ...why would I spend $40 to have it cleaned their prices are ridiculous!!
Removed an unknown stain from a very protective coat. Looks like new!

Service was excellent. Too expensive. I have other alternatives that are equally as good. Quicker and less expensive. I will not be back.
The dry cleaning was fine but I was shocked at th price when I picked up a mens shirt and a women's dress and it was $36. If a dress is going to cost way more than the usual charge for a dress it should be told upfront. My dress was hand washable and did not expect it to cost $32 for the dress.
