This was the first time using Owl Cleaners. I gave you a raincoat and belt and received 5 e-mails from you. I think that is a little much. The rain coat came out better than I expected,a but using Owl Cleaners is very time consuming for me to read and answer all those e-mails.
First of all, I did not not use your pick and delivery service, so I cannot comment on that. Secondly, I was somewhat disappointed that you put a safety pin through my raincoat belt in order to tag it. I do not like to having holes in my garments. The gal in the store, Nancy, was very nice and helpful. I left the garment, and will hope that it turns out to be acceptable, but I cannot promise that I'll be back. Staff very nice. Still have spot on item brought. Plan on calling to discuss. I feel if item would have been cleaned at place I brought instead of sent out then spot may have received more attention or not been missed
