The customer service and quality of service were fantastic; however it is overpriced. I recently moved from Maryland and organic dry cleaning is fairly common so the pricing is half the cost of Owl Cleaners. I was shocked. I'm used to paying $4.95 per blouse to be dry cleaned at an organic dry cleaner.
