This was the first time using Owl Cleaners. I gave you a raincoat and belt and received 5 e-mails from you. I think that is a little much. The rain coat came out better than I expected,a but using Owl Cleaners is very time consuming for me to read and answer all those e-mails.
First of all, I did not not use your pick and delivery service, so I cannot comment on that. Secondly, I was somewhat disappointed that you put a safety pin through my raincoat belt in order to tag it. I do not like to having holes in my garments. The gal in the store, Nancy, was very nice and helpful. I left the garment, and will hope that it turns out to be acceptable, but I cannot promise that I'll be back. Had a jacket cleaned and button repaired. Both at drop-off and pick-up I received quick friendly service. I also really like the email alert with price for pick-up.
I appreciate th email letting me know when to pick my items up. I also like that you have a system to keep track of what we have brought in connected to a loyalty program.
I dropped off a pair of pants to be hemmed . The two young men were very polite and eager to help me. They got the job done quickly and ahead of schedule
