I live in the South Hills, so would not normally drive up to Warrendale for my dry cleaning. But the 100 year old christening gown that I wanted to use for my first granddaughter was in need of a good cleaning. The reviews for Owl were exemplary, so I made the drive. Sandy was amazing! She showed great interest in the history of the gown, and promised to treat it with great care. And she certainly did! I am thrilled with the results and can not wait for he Baptism on Mothers Day! I had my wedding dress hemmed here and the experience was fantastic! The measurements were quick and the dress was ready when they said it would be. The ladies that work here are so friendly and I felt like I was in really good hands here. This will be my only cleaner going forward.
I had my wedding dress preserved. Sandy and Ann were wonderful! I will definitely go back for any future needs.
