Took a perfect and expensive cream silk shirt to be cleaned. 5 days later I was told it was not ready. After 9 days I was given a shirt covered in reddish brown stains. I pointed out that the shirt didn’t look like that when I brought it in. I was told that it must have been that way. I left the shirt with them 10 days ago expecting to hear from the manager quickly but have heard nothing. The shirt is completely unwearable. This was my first visit. When I brought in my lcomforter to be laundered. The people were not friendly at all. Or very welcoming. I had questions and felt like no one had the time to answer them or respond to my pointing out a couple of soiled areas. I had questions on how it would be washed , as I was told over phone that the tag on comforter woeild be followed as far as how to wash it. I looked at the reviews online for this place and thought I’d give it a try. I brought in my 7 Tommy Bahamas shirts before non on Wednesday and was told they would be ready Friday after 5:00 PM. I arrive Friday after 5:00 PM only to find out they were not ready yet and that they may still be in the truck. I waited an hour until I finally went back and asked if they had received my clothes. 3 of my shirts were hanging and ready, the four others still missing. After waiting another 30 minutes. Horrible. Will never be back. Treated rudely at drop off… treated rudely again at pick up. Mediocre cleaning service, but the customer service was absolutely horrible. No masks at all. No concern or appreciation for customers…? It was like they were super bummed to see me walk in both times… they don’t want me there… that’s apparent… they obviously don’t want to be there, so either do I …!

Terrible customer service. Greeted with an eye roll and was treated like an annoyance because employee working stated she had to "search through all of the clothes" to find my garments. I won't be returning.
