The attendant is very good
I would give five starts but I ask for no collar tabs and they continue to put them on the shirts. It even states on my tickets attached to the cleaning no tabs.🙃Other then that the service and customer service is great!

Zero stars; I have been trying to get 2 designer pieces of clothes valued at thousands of dollars back for over 6 months. Each time I reached out they conveniently had a different story about where my clothes were located. Now the owner refuses to return my designer clothes or to replace them.. after I provided proof of purchase of the items he’s just stopped responding completely. Filing a lawsuit to replace my items I dropped off to get cleaned is my only option at this point. I would NOT trust these people.

While my “water spot” stain was removed (I’d hand washed & it had dried w a water line)….it took a whole week longer than I was told, plus cost me $2 more than I’d been told. They said that they’d call if there was a problem, so I arrived in a timely fashion because I’d not received a call. Originally, I was willing to pay more to have this cleaned w/you because I love this top & one of my clients uses your company, so I figured it'd be worth it.
