First I dropped off my cleaning over a month ago. 2pieces. 1 pair of slacks 1sweater which needed a small repair. I was told that the repair would take about 4weeks and I agreed. The slacks were cleaned overnight and were supposed to be delivered next day but were left at the wrong address. An old one that I personally changed at the shop. I dropped off 3 blouses Monday and was told that they would be ready Tuesday after five. Tuesday after five I arrived to pick them up and was told that they weren’t ready. . I planned to pack the blouses for a trip Leaving the next day. If I knew that they wouldn’t be ready at the promised time, I would have planned differently. Additionally, it was a waste of my time to drive to the cleaners when the clothes weren’t ready. I would have appreciated a text.

I brought two wool blazers in for dry cleaning. When I picked them up, there were hairs in them, not mine, and loose threads. I brought them in in better condition. Someone wasn’t paying attention before they put the plastic wrap on mine.

So expensive! I really can’t afford you anymore. $50 for a quilt that was barely dirty!

Cashier when I dropped off was very unfriendly and I asked her to be sure collars on items were buttoned up not lapels pressed open. Guess what... when I picked up lapels were pressed open. $25 for Press only items as they were recently purchased and unworn Pick up cashier also very unfriendly. Probably my last visit!
The price to clean my duvet cover was twice the amount told to me when I called. I brought it in on a Thursday. They said it would be done by Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and it was not close to being done. they gave an excuse of removing buttons (six) and sewing them back on. They said it would be done the next day. I called the next day.
