The lady behind the counter is always so nice and easy to talk to. My clothes always look great and never have to return them because they were not cleaned properly.
Turnaround time was great! For laundry and press, cost per item is a bit higher than I like but still worth it. Had a button replaced, which took a few extra days. Charged a bit much for button ($4.00). Otherwise, good work and reliable.
Always confident that the process will be smooth, the attendants will be polite, and the clothes will be clean and in great shape--and you prove me right every time!
Love the drive through service. I do wish my one long fancy dress had been put in a nice zipper storage bag instead of just the regular plastic. You'd done that before on another formal piece I had cleaned. Guess I expected the same.

The spot from my sweater was removed completely; The colors remained bright. The garment was nicely folded and hung on a hanger. The cleaning was done earlier than the minimum time promised. The staff was friendly and courteous when I picked up the clothing. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I dropped off some of my boyfriend's old white shirts to be cleaned and starched. they were pretty yellowed and I asked if they could fix them. the lady told me, honestly, that she couldn't guarantee it he would make a note to "treat" them first. upon pick up they were still quite yellow and she told my boyfriend (who picked them up) that he should have bleached them first. maybe I'm silly for not knowing what a dry cleaners does, but I would have liked that information BEFORE I paid $17 to have them starched. because now ... read more
