Always courteous and on time.
Wow, what a relief from time constraints to take and pick up dry cleaning. One time and we are hooked. Signing up was as easy as it could have been. One phone call and one internet sign up form. Could have done one or the other but did not want to take any chances. Pricing is equal to or less than our previous take in and pick up dry cleaners without that hassle.
The attended was very nice and customer friendly. But, I wish you all used the old chemicals to do the dry cleaning, environmental friendly or not it does a better job. Thank you
Clothes were nicely cleaned, picked up and dropped off according to schedule. Appreciate the attention to detail in hanging of garments. Will use and recommend.
I did have a problem with my jacket not being available on time but the Manager, Tracy, took care of it and the problem was resolved quickly and professionally!
