Great job on turn-around and communication. Cost is a bit on the high side, but that is a valid tradeoff for quality and speed in my mind. The only complaint I have is the hangers. I don't reuse them for clothes as I prefer traditional wire hangers. I feel like they create a lot of waste with the bulky plastic. I try to recycle them but don't know if they are recyclable. Anyway, not a deal breaker.

My collar stays were taken out and not replaced every where else I have ever gone before has replaced these for me. Some of the shirts still had wrinkles after pick up and looked like they were laid down instead of being hung.
