Delivery is prompt ,however, over the last 6 weeks it seems that I have sent back several white shirts to be re worked because of yellowing the collar area
I appreciate the service. I've had very few problems.
I really like using New-Yale. The pick-up and drop-off is fabulous and reliable and the clothes have come back in good shape. However, I wish there was a way to include special instructions about enclosed drop-off items. It seems easy enough--just offering "special instruction" slips and clips that can be placed on the outside of the bag. Thank you for asking.

Hi Donna, Thanks for the feedback. We have alerted your route driver to make sure to get you some special instructions cards for your bag. This card has the drivers picture on the front and special instructions on the back and should be in a separate clear bag tag affixed to the bag. All good so far, until today's order was returned. I had sent a pair of men's slacks to be cleaned, along with the fastener that had come off. I put the fastener in a zip lock back with a note, asking it to be sewn back on, and safety pinned the bag to the slacks. Today the slacks came back with no fastener sewn on, nor returned. Now I will have to take them to a tailor to get a new one sewn on. Not great. What should I have done different?
Overall everything was great. However I explained to the girl when I dropped off my shorts to have them repaired that I was not picky and I was okay if the repair was not perfect. However that was not communicated to the person making the fix and I ended up getting a call anyway. I was a little disappointed with that. Other than that, everything was great

As always the cleaning is excellent. And the staff person ( I don't know her name but she is wonderful) is outstanding. We wish the prices were not so high! And - we love the specials.
