Very easy, hang dry cleaning bag on door, it is picked up and cleaned. Always dependable and efficient
I really like the fact that I get an email when my items are delivered, so I know they are there. Also like the fact that I can contact my route manager so that I can let them know if I'm not going to have anything to pick up. Clothes are well done and always come out very nice.
Service was fine. I was surprised at the cost though. I spent the last 4 years in Chicago and had a better price there which was very surprising to me.
All of your drivers have and are continuing to be so nice and friendly. Always with a smile.
