My initial experience wasn’t good. I brought in my shoes to get new laces. Apparently there was a miscommunication about what I wanted done and was charged $30. I was very upset but I explained the issue and it was made right.
I am so pleased with your pickup and delivery It had gotten very difficult to navigate into your store in Fern Creek and the clerk there suggested this service. Thank you. PS: problem was my age and not your store.
