One word, great!
I’ve got mixed feelings about Nu Yale. the store manager at the location I go to is amazing. Customer service is second to none, and I always know they’re going to take good care of me and they’re very personable. That said, I recently change to a different cleaner. Because I have my shirts cleaned frequently, I was bringing home a lot of the plastic wrap that they put around the shirts. I really don’t like the invite and contributing to it. Reliable and convenient!
Call for pickup was not answered. I called Monday and shirts were back the. next day with pants the following day. This was. Great service in the face of bad and I appreciate it. Kpp Speiden.
great service. Always on time.
Very inconsistent. Sometimes the shirts are perfect. Other times the collars in particular aren’t pressed properly and they have wrinkles. Very little quality control. Do you guys inspect the shirts before they leave the factory ? Moreover you need to clean your machines - the shirts sometimes come back with dirt stains on them. I use the couture service and I would expect perfection given what you charge.
Everything was as requested on time
Nu-Yale does a great job cleaning my clothes and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I love their drive through!
