The staff that I encounter with each visit are consistently professional, and personable. Tracy and Krista are awesome! They convey a caring attitude that gives me the sense that they’ve got my best interest at heart. What I would like is an option for not having to have my garments covered in plastic each time I pick up an order. I’ve discovered that other cleaners have the option of using a garment bag. Perfectly cleaned and stored wool Tilley winter hats, removed melted candy stain from sport coat pocket. Great hangers for clothes and storage bags for hats. Quality service worth the price. Polite, efficient customer service.
