I dropped off my shirts to be laundered and pressed. I asked the price to confirm there would be no surcharge for the sizing of the shirt. I also requested to get on a delivery route. Without notification, my card was charged (prior to being picked up) for all shirts to be hand done at double the cost I was quoted. The shirts were there for 3-4 weeks and I was never contacted about a delivery schedule. I went to pickup the shirts and no apology or discount was provided. We have always been pleased with the cleaning and pressing of our clothes. The work is exceptional and the staff are very friendly.
Great service, quality and fast
I had to get used to the way things were to be done during the pandemic. I live close to where the previous store was and I liked it better to walk over there with my things and chat with the clerk. So now that items are picked up, cleaned and returned, I think things are running pretty smoothly. A couple of times the extra yellow bag wasn't left when the clean things were dropped off, but after I phoned that got squared away. I wash my towels and most clothes at home. Thanks for asking.
I had 13 tablecloth’s cleaned at a cost of $515! It cost me less to buy them! I had no clue it would cost that much to clean them at your business! Never again!
Shirts came back beautifully laundered and cleaned. Collars are perfect with light starch.
