Originally when I went to pick up my order, part was missing. You offered to find it and deliver it to my home. Early the next day, I received a call that the missing parts of my order was waiting. I went to pick it up and the young lady remembered who I was and had it waiting for me!
Very professional
I had several jackets and an old mohair sweater that all could use a good cleaning. The sweater came out looking like new! The jackets looked refreshed. All I need now is a place to wear them.
