Great service in terms of picking up and dropping off at front door. Communication reminders are appreciated as well
Twice I have had difficulty redeeming online offers. Not only do the offers need to be better defined, but your employees should not look like a deer in the headlights when asked questions about the offers. They need to know what the offers are and how they work.
