My delivery was fine but the driver left another customer’s cleaning at my house. Because I didn’t want to wait for a driver to come, I delivered the cleaning myself. Hope that doesn’t happen again!

After a year of no need for dry cleaning during the pandemic, I called upon Northeast once again. They delivered the exact great service - from pickup, to cleaning and careful hanging, to delivery - never missing a beat all these months later. I’m sure it was tough weathering the last year plus, and all I can say is thank you for professional, dependable service. It’s why I’m back. I wish you all the best as the world keeps reopening.
I value a place that not only does an excellent job, but that remembers me. I am impressed when people working the counter remember my name. (I am sorry to report that I don’t always know theirs, but I usually ask.) In a world that is becoming increasingly automated and impersonal, I like to walk into a business that remembers my name and knows what I want. Nor’East strives to put people at the front desk with such skills.
