I have never had a problem before, but I picked up the beginning of this week my Brooks Brothers wool with ten percent cashmere coat. While the coat is several years old, I was disappointed firstly that it seemed to be covered with lint or some kind of fur, which I tried to remove and also, up around the neck area, the inside lining is torn, which was not the case when I brought the coat in. I have never had a problem with any of my orders at Nor'east Cleaners, whether they were for dry cleaning, cleaning and pressing of shirts or alterations. First time using this local company. Brought two men's Italian designer suits and a couple shirts. Both suit pants had horrible double crease down both front and back legs. I've never experienced this with other cleaning services. I will not be returning for fear of other defective services that may damage the expensive fabrics.
