I had asked for mubshiets to be folded and I got ten on hangers. No big deal but can I get them folded in the future. Thanks. Also the plastic says recyclable but Hamilton doesn’t accept plastic bags ( unless these are different) What should we do with the plastic ?

The items are still in my car, I am moving and wont actually know till next week when I get to out fit the bed....
Just left a raincoat for cleaning and it was done two days earlier than expected-just in time for the rain!
I brought a brand new shirt to be pressed and starched. The sleeves were wrinkled. Not happy.
Great communication - Followed up on a snag in the service and still returned the article in a condition better than I had sent it. We intentionally put in 3 really sad looking shirts and the shirts came out looking like brand new. The dress and jacket came out as expected. The tag with the list of charges credited would indicate your charges are less than my previous cleaner. We will use your service again. Thank you.
I had many men's shirts laundered w light starch - 2 came back with many oil stains on the front, which concerned me since the stains were ironed and starched. I brought them back for another clean and ths time they were cleaned. I am now hesitant to come back with my shirts since obviously no one seems to check for stains.
I usually wash and iron my own shirts, but when I travel, I bring them to you so that, folded with cardboard and in a plastic bag, they'll arrive at my destination with pretty good shape. The prior time I brought shirts to you, I asked for them folded and boxed and when I picked them up was handed shirts on hangers. So this time, thinking perhaps I hadn't made myself clear, I made it expressly clear that I was traveling, and why I needed them folded, not on hangers. I am consistently pleased with the quality of the cleaning service at Nor' East Cleaners. I trust you to get the most stubborn stains out of my clothes. That's important to me. I have also noticed that in the past 6 months to a year, the folks at the desk are significantly more friendly. I really struggled with how unpleasant the employees were.
