Have been using them for about 5 years. I'm in Amesbury. Would have been using them for a lot longer if I had known about them! Home pickup / delivery service is extremely convenient, they always do a great job.

(Tried to use the Direct Option but page is grayed out.) I have been very pleased in the past. This time, however, the snaps on my winter coat were damaged. The black finish is worn off of each one. This detracts from the look/style of the coat.
Brought in a dress and jacket to be pressed, the jacket came back worse than when it went in, double creases on the sleeves, a crease down the middle of the back and the front was more wrinkled then when I brought it in, the dress had wrinkles as well, paid $16 and had to rush and re iron everything for my event. Was a waste of my time and money.
Two things: 1)There was some dirt on the trim of the curtains I had cleaned that was not removed. 2)I wasn't given a price and so was quite shocked when I received my bill. That was disappointing. I would try again, but not likely to have curtains cleaned.
The shirt I brought in was very wrinkled; it must have had something defective from the factory; regardless, my daughter pick it up for me and it was returned to me just as wrinkled and cost me $6.10. The person who processed or worked on the shirt should've realized it was no better and not charged me.
You were not able to get the spots out that I asked about before leaving the silk jacket with you........ok, so bit it. I guess you tried. But, you pressed it so hard the shell buttons down the front made indentations of their shape in the silk. And ,you did such a bad job pressing the open collar open, it can not be worn as it...I will need to press it again myself. The open collar is obvious...and you did it completely lopsided..
