It was an easy process to send in my dress. I got my gown back quickly, within 2 weeks. It looks beautiful in the box with my veil. The only thing is I had a tear in my train which I would have loved to see how it was fixed, especially since I had to pay extra for it. Hopefully it was done correctly and I'll have a little girl that will want to wear it one day.
They did a great job preserving my wedding dress. Everything was neatly arranged in the box it came in, and there is a 30 year warranty if anything happens to it.
I had bought my preservation boxs threw davids bridal. Everything was done as it said it was in the pamphlet. My dress from what i can see threw the box looks just like when i bought it. They did a wonderful job. It was all done in the time frame it said it would be done in.
The while experience was great. Directions were easy to follow and my dress came back quickly. Loved the box it came in. Such a wonderful way to keep my dress safe
Wedding dress was very dirty when i sent it in. When i received it back it was perfectly preserved in its box. Thank you so much!
