We shipped it off a couple days after my wedding and it took about 2 weeks. It looks amazing

My daughter's dress was packaged and shipped to the wrong state. Thankfully the person at the address there was able to find my phone number on the inside packaging and called. I was able to contact your company and everything was taken care of, but if the package had reached someone else who knows how this would have ended.

It was more than I expected! I loved how it looks like it should be in a museum and you can still see certain details in my dress. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to preserve their wedding dress.
My dress is absolutely beautiful! It came back as beautiful as the first day I got it, along with my veil and garter. I went with the the platinum and I do not regret it. The only issue I had is that UPS delivered my dress to the wrong building on a Friday and sat there for almost a week! LUCKLY it was a different department under my employer. I would suggest sending an email confirmation when a dress is shipped, because I never knew my dress was shipped back.
It was absolutely beautiful. My dress has a lot of beading down to the huge flare (mermaid style). Its beautifully packaged with care. The beading looks perfect and the dress looks clean( at least on the parts I can see. I opted for the name and date on the box. It was a beautiful touch.
