From the questions I had prior to sending my gown, to the final product itself. Everything was perfect, everyone I spoke with was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
My train was very dirty from wet grass and mud and they got it out perfect. Packed beautifully in the case.
My gown looks beautiful! You were prompt and got it back to me sooner than expected. I loved the way in which the veil was wrapped around the gown encompassing the beauty and vintage feel. Its something that I will look at with fondness. Thank you very much for a wonderful job.
My dress came in a timely manner. I looked over it and it was sealed well. It was also put in the box and displayed beautifully. This is my second time having my dress preservated by Memories Gown Presentation. O bought my dress like 2 years before my wedding so I had it sealed to protect it until I needed to have it altered. I'd recommend them. They did great.
I really loved how my dress was boxed. I love how the hip detail showed distinctly in the corner and my dress was cleaned well! It looks very pretty! The only complaint I have is that the box got dented on the front right side during shipping and you can see it pretty well because it is on display in my Glam Room.
