The whole process of sending my gown and accessories off and receiving them back preserved was seemless. They look absolutely amazing in the personalized box. I did not expect the warranty and documentation to be added to the back of the box, which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend Memories Gown Preservation.
When I purchased the preservation kit it was very easy to put together and had directions that explained everything. When I recieved my dress it looked beautiful. They put stuff in it to make it look full and put a white wrap around the waist so my dress dont move in the box. The box itself is awesome becuase its not huge but big enough to show your dress off still. I love it!

My dress came about 2 weeks after it was sent in. It looks amazing in the box. I'm very satisfied that i can look at it everday.
