My dress is absolutely beautiful! It came back as beautiful as the first day I got it, along with my veil and garter. I went with the the platinum and I do not regret it. The only issue I had is that UPS delivered my dress to the wrong building on a Friday and sat there for almost a week! LUCKLY it was a different department under my employer. I would suggest sending an email confirmation when a dress is shipped, because I never knew my dress was shipped back.
It was absolutely beautiful. My dress has a lot of beading down to the huge flare (mermaid style). Its beautifully packaged with care. The beading looks perfect and the dress looks clean( at least on the parts I can see. I opted for the name and date on the box. It was a beautiful touch. I was so happy with how quickly my dress came back and it looks absolutely beautiful in the box. It means the world to me to be able to see the dress everyday and know it's protected. I'm grateful for the incredible care that was taken to my dress.
I like what i see as far as the top front of the dress they showcased in their box. The only downside was the yellowish edging of my vail didn't come out although I did take almost 16 years to finally get this done. Overall, they did an excellent job fitting by huge ballgown dress, under skirt and vail in the box. Thank you for preserving a special part of my wedding day.

The only thing i have to complain about is all the extra fees added on if you want to add additional items to the box. My understanding was that when you purchased the box you were free to add whatever you wanted free of charge.
